# Installatie

Als je je wachtwoord niet meer weet, kun je dit resetten via portal.office.com. Houd er rekening mee dat dit alleen werkt als je een herstel e-mail hebt ingesteld.

Kies je besturingssysteem hieronder en volg de stappen.

1. Open het VPN-portaal via [secure.financieelfit.nl](https://secure.financieelfit.nl).
2. Log in met je e-mailadres en wachtwoord.<br>

3. Om de software correct te installeren, is het belangrijk om het juiste installatiebestand te downloaden dat geschikt is voor jouw computer. Meestal staat de aanbevolen installatie-optie bovenaan en deze is vaak ook de juiste keuze.<br>

   4. Zorg ervoor dat je het mag downloaden door het bestand te vertrouwen. De handeling kan verschillen per browser.<br>

      5. Voer het bestand uit door erop te klikken of door het te openen via je downloads folder.<br>

      6. Bij waarschuwingen kun je op 'OK' of 'Doorgaan' klikken.<br>

      7. Er komt een venster tevoorschijn voor de installatie, klik op volgende om door te gaan.<br>

      8. Accepteer de voorwaarden en klik op volgende.<br>

      9. Klik op “Installeer” en daarna op “Voltooi”.<br>

3. Om de software correct te installeren, is het belangrijk om het juiste installatiebestand te downloaden dat geschikt is voor jouw computer. Meestal staat de aanbevolen installatie-optie bovenaan en deze is vaak ook de juiste keuze.

4. Wacht tot de download is voltooid en open het daarna (de exacte procedure kan per browser enigszins verschillen).<br>

5. Open het gedownloade bestand en selecteer of je een Mac hebt met een Intel-processor of een Apple Silicon-chip.<br>

6. Als je niet weet welke je hebt, ga dan naar Apple > Over deze Mac en controleer welke chip je hebt. Als de naam van de chip begint met "Apple", dan heb je een Apple Silicon System-on-a-Chip.<br>

7. Klik op 'Doorgaan'.<br>

8. Lees de licentievoorwaarden. Klik vervolgens op 'Doorgaan'.<br>

9. Klik op 'Akkoord' om de licentievoorwaarden te accepteren.<br>

10. Klik op 'Installeren' om verder te gaan.<br>

11. Voer uw apparaatwachtwoord in, indien ingesteld, en klik op 'Software installeren'.<br>

12. Wacht tot het installatieproces is voltooid.<br>

13. Klik op 'Sluiten' om het installatieproces te beëindigen.<br>

14. Als uw apparaat erom vraagt, klik dan op 'Verplaatsen naar prullenbak' om het installatiebestand op te ruimen.<br>

15. In Applicaties is OpenVPN Connect nu klaar voor gebruik.<br>
